Updated

Also available in: 简体 · 日本語 · 한국어 · ไทย · 繁體

Bangkok's hotel spas are some of the best in Asia, and still cheaper than their equivalents in Europe or Singapore. Here are the leading ones with their real 2026 prices, taken from each spa's official menu in October 2026. Most hotel spas quote prices with "++", meaning 10% service charge and 7% VAT are added on top, so we've shown the approximate total you'll pay as well.

Prices at a glance (official menus, 2026)

The Oriental Spa, Mandarin Oriental

The most famous spa in Bangkok sits in a century-old teak house on the Thonburi bank of the river, opposite the Mandarin Oriental; guests cross on the hotel boat. The Essence of Thailand regional rituals are ฿9,000++ for 2.5 hours, and the Oriental Harmony four-hands massage ฿15,400++ for 2 hours. Couples can add a private suite with jacuzzi and steam shower from ฿2,800++ an hour.
