Massage Near Asok & Terminal 21 (2026): Where to Go, Prices, Hours
Updated
Asok, where BTS Asok meets MRT Sukhumvit, is the busiest junction in Bangkok and has a massage shop on nearly every corner. The two easiest reliable choices are Let's Relax on the 6th floor of Terminal 21, right above the BTS, and Health Land on Sukhumvit 21 (Asok Montri Road), a short walk away. Both are mid-range chains with clear menus. Here are the details, a few alternatives and the streets to skip. Prices and hours as of October 2026.

Other options around Asok
- Makkha Health & Spa (Heritage Asoke): a standalone spa near Terminal 21, listed by Time Out as open 10:00–01:00, useful after dinner.
- Lavana Spa on Sukhumvit Soi 12: a quieter mid-range spa between Asok and Nana with Thai, oil and spa packages.
- Neighbourhood shops on the small sois off Sukhumvit 16–24: cheaper Thai and foot massage, from about ฿350 an hour around Asok. Check the price board and agree on the duration first.
Streets to skip
Sukhumvit Soi 23, the soi Soi Cowboy opens onto, and Soi 11 near Nana are nightlife streets where regular massage shops sit next to places that are not ordinary massage shops. You can find a real massage there, but if you are new to Bangkok, with family, or just want a straightforward massage, the chains above are the easier choice. A simple rule: skip shops with staff calling out from the doorway, and leave anywhere that hints at 'special' services.
Which one to choose?
- Two-hour Thai massage at the best price: Health Land Asok.
- Foot massage between shopping: Let's Relax, inside Terminal 21.
- Late evening after dinner: Let's Relax (until midnight) or Makkha.
- Want an onsen as well? Take the BTS one stop to Phrom Phong or two to Thong Lo for Yunomori or Let's Relax Onsen.
Practical tips
- Bring cash for the tip: about ฿50–100 an hour, ฿100–200 after two hours.
- Asok traffic is very heavy at rush hour; walk or use the BTS/MRT rather than a taxi.
- If you have luggage on your last day, Terminal 21 is a convenient base: shop, eat, then massage before heading to the airport.
