Health Land Bangkok: Prices, Branches, Vouchers & Tips (2026)
Updated
Health Land is the massage chain most Bangkok expats end up returning to: big, calm, spa-like buildings, well-trained therapists and prices that are hard to beat for a proper two-hour Thai massage. Here's what to know before you go.
Prices (2026)
- Traditional Thai massage, 2 hours: about ฿650
- Foot massage, 1 hour: about ฿400
- Thai massage with herbal compress and oil massages cost more; aromatherapy and spa packages are priced as treatments.
- Prices are the same at the main Bangkok branches; check the menu at the counter as they change occasionally.
Branches that are easy to reach
- Asok: Sukhumvit 21 (Asoke Montri Road), walkable from BTS Asok / MRT Sukhumvit.
- Sathorn: 120 North Sathorn Road, near BTS Chong Nonsi.
- Ekkamai: Sukhumvit 63 (Ekkamai Road), near BTS Ekkamai.
Opening hours and booking
Branches are generally open daily from about 9:00 to 23:00. Walk-ins are often fine during the day, but book ahead for evenings and weekends, especially for two people at the same time.
Gift vouchers
Health Land gift vouchers (for example ฿500 or ฿1,000) can be used at its Bangkok branches and are typically valid for 12 months — a good present for visiting family or a thank-you for a colleague. Ask at the counter about current voucher and package options.
Tips
- Choose 2 hours: it's the sweet spot of price and value.
- Tip your therapist about ฿100–200 after a 2-hour massage, in cash.
- Tell the therapist about pressure — Health Land therapists generally work firmly.
