Updated
Also available in: ไทย · 日本語 · 简体 · 한국어 · 繁體
Health Land and Let's Relax are the two Thai massage chains most visitors to Bangkok end up choosing between. Both are clean, professional and easy to book, but they're quite different: Health Land is about half the price, in large dedicated spa buildings, while Let's Relax has far more branches, inside malls and hotels, and stays open later. All prices and details below come from the two chains' official websites, checked in October 2026.
Short answer
- Pick Health Land for the best value: a 2-hour Thai massage is ฿700, against ฿1,300 at Let's Relax.
- Pick Let's Relax for convenience: 46 Bangkok branches in malls and hotels right on the BTS and MRT, most open until midnight, plus onsen branches.
- For a herbal compress, Health Land is ฿1,050 for 2 hours, Let's Relax ฿1,500.

Branches and opening hours
- Health Land has 9 branches in Bangkok and Nonthaburi, all open 09:00–23:00. The handy ones for visitors are Asok (Sukhumvit Soi 21, about 5 minutes from BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit), Sathorn (North Sathorn Road, near BTS Saint Louis, in a traditional Thai-style building) and Surawong (near BTS Chong Nonsi and Sala Daeng). Ekkamai is about 15 minutes' walk from BTS Ekkamai. The others (Praditmanutham, Srinakarin, Pinklao, Chaeng Wattana, Rama II) are easier by taxi.
- Let's Relax has 46 Bangkok locations, many inside malls (Terminal 21 Asok, Siam Square One, MBK, EmQuartier, CentralWorld, Central Embassy, Samyan Mitrtown) and hotels. Most open 10:00 to midnight; some mall branches close at 22:00 or 23:00.
- Late at night, Let's Relax wins: many branches take customers until midnight. Health Land closes at 23:00.
- Near the airport: Let's Relax has no branch inside Suvarnabhumi, but its Courtyard by Marriott Suvarnabhumi branch in Lat Krabang is open until midnight. Health Land's Srinakarin branch is the closest of its branches to Suvarnabhumi.
Facilities
- Health Land treatments include a shower and refreshments afterwards. Couples and group suites can be booked at every branch, and Asok, Sathorn and Ekkamai have jacuzzi spa suites for couples.
- Let's Relax has three Onsen & Spa branches in Bangkok (Thonglor, Lumphini and Ratchadamri), with Japanese-style hot baths, sauna and steam. The baths are separated by gender and used nude, and they cost ฿750 for an hour on their own. They're a favourite for a last day before a late flight.
- Let's Relax accepts guests aged 7 to 60 and doesn't take pregnant clients. If you're pregnant, see our prenatal massage guide instead.
Booking
- Health Land: book online on its reservation site, by phone or on LINE. Walk-ins are welcome, but book ahead for evenings and weekends, and 24–48 hours ahead for couples or long packages. Arrive 15 minutes early, because a late start still ends on time.
- Let's Relax: book online at least an hour ahead (the FAQ suggests a day). Online bookings are prepaid and non-refundable. Walk-ins are fine when there's space, and branches take cash, cards, Thai QR, WeChat Pay and Alipay.
- Travel booking sites such as Klook also sell vouchers for both chains, sometimes below the walk-in price. Compare before you buy.
Tipping
Let's Relax says tipping is at your discretion, since the service charge is included. At either chain, ฿100–200 for a 2-hour massage you enjoyed is normal. See our tipping guide for details.
